Ping Pong

My first from scratch/no tutorial attempt at making a game as part of the 20 Games Challenge (https://20_games_challenge.gitlab.io/). 

I chose a Pong remake as Game # 1. 

My iteration of Pong has a single player mode with simple AI opponent and a 2 player mode that utilizes the up and down arrows as player 2 controls.
